Always very nice

We stayed in Sorbas again after years (since we live in the Harz Mountains), after the joyful, friendly greeting we were amazed that we weren't here for so long, what needs to be changed, since it has a restaurant with good food and wine! We were guests 4 times out of 8 vacation days, that says it all! Thank you for the good hospitality, the Wernigerode in the Harz!

Good restaurant. Are always here with family and friends on incubation days. You can sit comfortably in the courtyard and enjoy delicious dishes.

The lamb shank is just delicious .... friendly and nice staff, fast service. Good ambience and nice courtyard. Only the "hard" chairs outside are in need of improvement. Otherwise everything is excellent. Gladly again 😉

Great atmosphere, delicious food. You can pre-serve yourself at the salad bar, which is very nice. There is a wide variety of different vegetables and everything is fresh and crisp. What bothers me is that everything is so tight because of course many guests should fit in. That's understandable, but it sometimes gets a bit restless. At peak times, when it is very busy, the staff makes an annoyed and stressed impression. With reservation and partly also with orders it is occasionally a small gamble, whether one gets what one orders. The one brings z. For example, water with soda, the next waiter without, the third asks at least. Sometimes the Ouzo anticipates it, another time it is done as if it had never happened before. And it can also happen that you order a table in the garden, which gets confirmed, but still has to sit in it, because no one knows more about the order and you have to take what comes. Again, depending on who is on the phone, it works or not. Nevertheless, the food is great and who the rest is not so important, who can eat here wonderful.
